I specialize in mind body medicine and am passionate about using psychological interventions to change the way chronic pain is traditionally treated. In my practice, I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Pain Reprocessing therapy (PRT), and psychodynamic techniques to guide you on your journey on becoming the CEO of your health and recovery.
Throughout the years of my clinical practice, I’ve sat alongside people in various stages of their recovery. I’ve counseled clients who were incarcerated or seeking treatment while sitting the ER. I’ve had the honor to hold therapy sessions for people while in their homes, cars, or walking down the street. I’ve celebrated people’s victories as they’ve learned how to make it through each day, got married, moved, retired, started a new job, or graduated from treatment. And of course, I’ve seen people overcome chronic pain and live a healthy and fulfilling life. As a therapist I am here to help you thrive at no matter which stage of life you’re in.

I am a recovered chronic pain patient. I have a newly developed gratitude for my body and its capabilities. I try to move throughout the world with more self-compassion and ease (a work in progress). The experience of recovery has been so transformational that I’ve dedicated my practice to support others in their recovery.
Outside of the office I am a wife and 2x dog mom. I am always learning. I have an adventurous spirit, so you’ll find me skating, hiking, skiing, surfing, and endlessly exploring.
